Terms of Service
1. Shipping times will be delayed during public holidays; operations from manufacturers and couriers will be limited during these times. This is outside of our control.
2. Totty and Py’s items are part of a very small scale production, therefore our products currently have limited stock availability. If you order an item which is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible. It could take up to 3 weeks for the product to be manufactured and shipped to the desired destination. Postage fees will be quoted when you place your order.
LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
LOST PACKAGE: If you do not receive the order within 10 days from the date of dispatch then you must contact us within 6 days. If you have not contacted us within 16 days from the date that the order was placed then Totty and Py can not take responsibility for any parcel that has been lost and are not able to offer any refunds or exchanges.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS: Totty and Py check every item for faults before we sell it to our customers. Good quality customer service is our priority, however, occasionally we might overlook something. if you find that the product is damaged or you are missing items from your order on your receipt, you must contact us within 3 weeks from when the order was placed,in which case you can email blancaromerodeclaver@gmail.com.
If you make us aware of the problem within the requested time period and we can see that the fault lies with us, we are willing to take responsibility for the inconvenience. In such a circumstance we can replace any products that are damaged or defective with the same product and price or one that is similar to the requested product if this is out of stock.
We cannot take responsibility for any consequential loss or damage that was not caused by us and are therefore we are not liable to pay any compensation or other fees in such circumstances.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
RETURNS: Totty and Py is an emerging small business therefore we are not able to offer refunds. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are willing to exchange it for another product as long as you can provide us with original card details that you made the purchase with and the item is in perfect condition. An item can be exchanged 30 days from the day of original purchase. Our items are designed with great love, care and precision. We hope you will love them.
EXCHANGES: To process an exchange please email us at blancaromerodeclaver@gmail.com. Quote your purchase order number and the reason for returning the item, as we appreciate your feedback. We will send you a refund form to fill in and to include with your refund package. Place the unused item in its original packaging and post it to us at Totty and Py 40 Park Court, Battersea Park Road SW11 4LD Battersea, United Kingdom. An item can be exchanged 30 days from the day of original purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase then unfortunately we are not able to offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must not have been used and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending, note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of the returns postage.
Please note that we can only exchange items that have been bought directly from the Totty and Py website. Quote your purchase order number and let us know for what item you would like to process an exchange for. We will send you an exchange form to fill in and include this in your exchange package. Place the unused item in its original packaging and return it via mail to Totty and Py, 40 Park Court, Battersea Park Road SW11 4LD Battersea, United Kingdom. As soon as we receive it we will send you the item you have selected for exchange.
CANCELLING AN ORDER: You have up to 3 days to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please email blancaromerodeclaver@gmail.com . However, if your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the above exchanged policy.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND COLOUR
Please notice that we have made every effort to display the colours of Totty and Py products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate. Therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by yourself, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor. All descriptions, photographs, specifications or illustrations contained on the Totty and Py website are published with the intention of giving an approximate description of the products on the website. We do make every effort to ensure that all sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible, however please note that they are approximate and therefore we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy at all times. We have made every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products are accurate at the time the product description was added on the site.
